Field course experts for over a decade. After working for the largest training provider, we broke off and were founded in 2019 on the highest safety standards and risk management practices. Company built by a Nationally Registered EMT.

We're based in Texas, where the majority of field schools happen. We know the field in intricate detail because we aren't tourists. All our international trips have been detailed with boots-on-the-ground recon and fully integrated into our risk assessments.

We have a flat structure — no bloated advisors, management, or technical pontificators. You call, we answer. You want it, we build it. Courses from concept to boots on the ground in as little as 4 weeks.

EMT-Founded. We are the world experts on industry field course safety and field risk management.

Sixteen years and counting of wilderness medical certification. Six years as a nationally registered EMT (NREMT). Over 200 industry field training courses personally run and counting.

Geology Field School to date since founding in 2019 has a TRIR of 0. Field safety is our first job.

We send experienced staff to the field, never new hires with a fresh medical training certificate, or an executive who took a weekend class. Our field safety directors are the best in the world.

A training-programme catalog sells membership access to curated titles. Geology Field School partners with the instructor, posts a clear fee, and runs the field week.
